Piglets AC-15 Duroc Class Aerial Carrier Scenery

Sundog

SOH-CM-2025
Is it still available somewhere? I know there is the AI Carrier version, but I'm just looking for the scenery.

Thanks.

Hi Dave,

Thanks, but that's the AI version. I'm looking for the static scenery version.

Regards,

Ken

O.K., I'm trying to install this but it doesn't say where the files go. So my questions are;

1) Where do I install the models to? Simobjects/ aircraft or boats?

2) Where do I put the xml files? The gauges directory?

3) I know where the effects go and I've already updated the ai carriers config.

Thanks,

Ken

1) You can put the models in either folder, both will work, but I'd probably use the boats folder.
2) Those XML files are left-overs from the original scenery version I think. They're not required for the AI models, so you can ignore them.

You can put the model in a BGL and place it with SBuilderX or Instant scenery anywhere you want.
If it had animations it is best to freeze them in a preferred position in ModelconverterX and save a new static model prior to adding it to a BGL archive.

This will dislocate the bgl version of the model with it's textures into the addon scenery folder structure and if you want to distribute this scenery you will need the permission of the author to do so.

Cheers,
Mark
