this pilot rented a plane to take his girlfriend oout for a night flight on newyears eve to see the fireworks.he then got shot in the head ( grazed really) while circling the city of Jacksonville Fl.

With all the knuckleheads that like to shoot into the air I suppose it was bound to happen someday. Just goes to show altitude is your friend, when I was in the Army 5000ft was considered out of small-arms range.

Some folks think I'm crazy because I spend the 4th of July and New Years Eve in my basement hideaway! In my area here in Chicagoland (near the southeast side of Chicago), many thousands of bullets are fired into the air from every damn idiot who has a gun!
