great fun!

Anyone found the wobble pump which has to be pumped 3 times to start the engine (item 8 at page nine in the ckecklist)

You must change that smoke effect. I recommend to take it from IRIS Christen Eagle or freeware Edge 540 and place it like it's coming under your plane.

I used to have a Pitts S-1S but sold it in Dec 08

I usually steer clear of aircraft that I have real-world time in (because you're never going to be satisfied with it) but am pretty tempted by this. I notice this is the S-1T with the 200hp and constant speed prop, mine had a smaller donkey and a fixed pitch McCauley - is there a fixed pitch version?

Here she is...

Cheers,

I just did my first flight with this. Well, aerobatics was little bit difficult but I have one real problem too: My plane was moving when my throttle was closed. I don't have same problem with other planes so it can't be in joystick. Help, anybody?

that the plane moves forward is a reported problem you are not alone as well that it is near impossible to knifeedge with it

Best Regards
Tom

I can do knife-edge. Now trying to learn how to loop this plane (straight) and how to do hammerheads.

Anneke: I didn't find that thing. Please let me know if there comes some info from developer.

Thanks anatolpopov!

Will do! But my guess is that the hand fuel pump isn't modelled....

Bummer, not so realistic after all as the rave reviews claim. I hope it's being modelled in an update.

I have an original S-1T flight manual and parts manual. I'll check this evening when I get home to see if I can locate it and let ya know.. for some reason I don't recall seeing anything about a hand pump when I've looked at it in the past.

Thanks, it reflects the documentation from the Addictive package. There should be a (auxiliary/wobble/hand) fuel pump. But where...

Good god lady go flying! But how.. ;) Yeah I know, but I'm a sucker for procedures and systems :engel016:

Hi chaps,

We are sorry for the confusion that crept in here. One of our test aircraft has this feature, whilst the other did not. We will, as part of ongoing updates and additions be adding this feature into service pack 1.

How the heck are you getting it to fly knife-edge? It keeps wanting to roll over on its back everytime I get 90 degrees bank. As soon as I add top rudder to hold the nose up...over she goes and no amount of aileron input will stop it.

Totally agree. I can't make correct Knife-edge too. This Pitts lost too much altitude in this position, and I can't do nothing for keep it at line on this manuver. As I see - it's not just "my problem"...
