Are you using the stock watermasks or Rhumbaflappy's? Unlike Europe and the Med, about 98% of the airfields are designed to work ONLY with the stock coastlines, due the age of the scenery being created before his watermasks.
 
Wet season or Global Warming?

Hello Highpockets
Looks like a weather setting problem, you are probably flying in the wet season, Jan-May.
Although this may be a Global Warming warning. I have heard that sea levels may rise.

Thanks guys. I discovered I had inadvertently installed both MR Papua New Guinea and AF Papua New Guinea. Removed the AF and all looks o.k.
