FSX Scaled Composites Pond Racer 2011. Here is a working FSX version of the Scaled Composites Pond Racer (original FS2004 model by by Blake Melancon). Bob Pond commissioned the design with the idea of developing a modern aircraft that could compete with the vintage warbirds in the Unlimited Class at the Reno air races... here is a slightly tweaked 2011 version with a max speed around 540 mph! So have fun at Reno with this great aircraft. By Colin Sefton.

Yep, pretty cool original aircraft by Blake. I started flying it in FSX when he originally released it a year or so ago. I had to tweak a few things like the prop and VC glass, but otherwise it flew great in FSX even then.:salute:
 
Uh, how did I miss this?! What a beautiful repaint! :salute:

I'll download this version, since I can't seem to get mine to fly right in FSX.

[EDIT] I do have the original .mdl's recovered from my laptop crash. I'm willing to share them out if someone wants to get the CG right :isadizzy:
