Possible Saucer found in Baltic Sea

That's funny right there! I don't care who you are!!

I want to believe. But quite frankly, there have been entirely too many hoaxes. Besides, I'm convinced that a higher-intelligence life form wouldn't waste their time by coming here.... Unless they need a good laugh.

I agree, Railrunner,

If there was an intelligent life form out there, in search of intelligent life itself... they certainly wouldn't head for our little blue rock. One glance at an insurance, tax or benefit form would be enough for any life form to conclude this isn't the right place to find it! (Not to mention news broadcasts, or television in general...)

I believe if this was real or even a possibility, all the governments would be fighting over this find, and the place would be crawling with ships.
Now we will be seeing this on the discovery channel by that bad hair guy trying to convince you it is REAL.

That's not a UFO or a geologic feature composed of truncated granite. I know exactly what it is and I know someone who will be happy that those things finally been found.

Ya'll have heard my descriptions of my mother-in-law and how large she is. Well, those things on the bottom of the Baltic sea are buttons she lost back in the 1930s when she was working on a fishing boat on the Baltic. She had eaten some bad bacon or something, had a case of the runs. In her haste to get her hind end hung over the side of the ship to "let 'er rip", two buttons were ripped from her clothing. The larger disk is a button from the her fishing pants and the smaller disk is a button from the trap door area of her long johns. If the side scan sonar had a built in water quality meter, it would have detected a large concentration of human feces and rancid bacon bits in that area.

Now that her buttons have been found, my mother-in-law can stop using that 2-ton cable come-a-long to hold her pants up.

[h=1]Stephen Hawking: Alien Contact Could Be Risky....Alien encounters may seem like sure-fire winners to Hollywood, but one of the world's most famous scientists thinks they may be "too risky" be be worth seeking.[/h]"If aliens visit us, the outcome would be much as when Columbus landed in America, which didn't turn out well for the Native Americans," he said. "We only have to look at ourselves to see how intelligent life might develop into something we wouldn't want to meet."....In the new program, "Into the Universe with Stephen Hawking," he speculated that aliens' capabilities "would be only limited by how much power they could harness and control, and that could be far more than we might first imagine." He said it might even be possible for aliens to harvest the energy from an entire star.
"Such advanced aliens would perhaps become nomads, looking to conquer and colonize whatever planets they can reach," Hawking said!......Remember To Serve Man",that twilight Zone Story?...the guy with the cook book?...they say people are getting FAT!....<label for="rb_iconid_15">

Well...I hope somebody with the resources brings the thing to the surface. I left my phone inside and have been needing to call home.
