Problem with heavy bombers

Hi everyone,

When I go to select an airplane in the quick combat mode, the list of airplanes includes everything BUT my heavy bombers such as a Lancaster or the B-17. But, when I load the mission builder, it lists all my airplanes that I have in the aircraft folder. I have the 3.1 and 3.1a updates. If anyone has any suggestions as to why my heavy bombers aren't listed and how to fix, that would be great.

There are flyable versions of the planes you are searching for. The ones you see in mission builder are ai versions.

Hi Grover1, there is possibly a simple answer.

check the aircraft shortnames in the xdp file. If they have a tilda (~) in front of the name, then they will appear right on the very last page of the aircraft list in QC. Hence the B-17 won't appear under "B", etc.
