Problems at FLIGHTSIM STORE

Has anyone else has any issues over at FLIGHTSIM STORE? I was asked last night to create a new account because my email and password were not found. It has not changed and I can show reciepts to prove this. so...I wanted to buy something last night, had to create a new account...but my issue is...how am I going to access my old downloads now? I have sent them an email to no repsonse.

Anyone else?

I posted a question in their public support forum and noticed there that I'm not alone...so I shall see. I am praying that I am able to have access to all my downloads.
