Problems with CFS3, ETO,PTO help

Hi all, haven't had a chance to have a play around of late but when I saw the Sunderland I just had to. I fired CFS3 up and it went through the usual motions but then the game went to the task bar and would not run .. it shows it running in task manager but other than a small icon in the middle of the screen it's a no go. I just tried ETO and PTO with the same results ... any hints?
Oh, i'm running win7 pro 64 bit and have never had a hitch at all.
