A great American film, "The Right Stuff," will be on AMC (American Movie Classics) at 8pm EST tomorrow night. Being a major early NASA enthusiast, this movie chronicles the breaking of the sound barrier and record setting by Yeager and other pilots, and also chronicles the beginnings of the American space program, the "Mercury Seven."
Featuring then up-and-coming actors like Dennis Quaid, Ed Harris, Scott Glenn, and Jeff Goldblum among others, it is a great film based on an even greater book of the same name by Tom Wolfe.
