Program ID Unused Planes?

If my feeble memory serves me at all, I recall a program used to be around that identified any aircraft that were not being used in any missions or campaigns.
Does anyone know of that software program?

Is it still available?

It is.....

I believe it's called 'CFS2Utils_V4a.zip'. I have it, DD......if you can't find it let me know and I'll PM it to you.
