• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Project Cars gone gold!

Its just an addon Dave, only costs $2.99! I think they are in the game already, they just get unlocked when you purchase the addon, because there wasn't anything to download!

Forgot to check the developers' forums, seems this one's a freebie for those with early access (Full member or above.); will see if I can get some time behind the wheel this week.

Picked it up earlier and with Le Mans this weekend a very good excuse to take the Bentley Prototype out for a spin at Le Sarthe. :mixed-smiley-010:

can you guys tell me if thunderhill raceway park in willows ca in is Pcars?...ive seen it listed somewhere.

As far as I know there are no plans for other than one custom livery. The ovals will be available as an upcoming DLC along with a 2015 Indycar DLC. By the looks of things (developer forums) there are some exciting times ahead.

Now that I'm back in Oz and I have my pre-ordered LE copy (I like to have a backup!) the serous business of racing can begin.
The reasons for the custom livery restrictions appear to be tied up in the licensing issues.
While we have a very attractive DTM Mercedes there is no 'DTM License' available (The DTM weenies make other licensees look like pussys!), so it seems as if this type of problem will restrict custom content.
Meanwhile, I'm happy to have a pseudo 'Porsche'!

Willows springs is nearlancaster,in rosamond, from what i can tell anyway, this is southern california, well anything south of Stockton ca is southern cal to me,Thunderhill is north west of Willows ca,which is mid to upper sacramento valley...well above Sacramanto/woodland cal on I-5 its a small track, being rebuilt to larger and larger all the time it seems, when i was there last...it was only open a few weeks my first visit, the racing surface was east of the pits (paddock?) now the track is twice the size,5 miles i believe, and on three sides of the original pits, with a new area,pits/drifting which sits to the south and on that 4th side,,they have plans to make it even longer...google the name and look at all the future track plans sometime..looks interesting to little ole me...
