Propliner Suggestions?

.
Falcon, it sounds like you've made-up your mind, but perhaps you'd consider the updated VBF versions of the Cal-Classics Convair 240. They're real beauties!

I say "they" 'cause there are several "base packs", including a military version, which certainly has some nice paints available.

If you go to FlightSim.com, and search for "VBF", you'll get the lot -- the paints and some of the base packs.

I think they're beautifully done, and sweet to fly. Great price at $0.00, too.
Jon, I am always open to one more and since payware right now is out of the question, the "240" will get a very close inspection. . .thanks!

No mention of RealEngine in conjunction with propliners?
I'm disppointed, Daube.
(Just kidding.)

It's a nice free enhancement for piston engines for those not willing to afford AccuSim.

And for everything with a jet engine, I've got something in the works...

Ah yes, you're right, I forgot to mention this one !!
But I didn't completely forget about RealEngine, in fact this weekend I've been reinstalling it in my FSX (the version 1.1, with all the parameters into one file). I want to spend some time setting it up for my various favorite planes.

How about the Porkie Chopper Dash 8:jump: Paint by SOH's Falcon:salute:.

I don't completely understand the procedures of porting over an aircraft so I could use some help in that area.

I recently found the topic of the Lockheed L-1649A in the FS2004 forums. They mentioned the new Lockheed L-1649A Flight Dynamics 3.0 released by Manfred Jahn.

Then I remembered this topic here.
......I've yet to try it as I am not much into the bigger types. Few if at all. But this one sounds interesting.

There have been a few amendments for the air file and config which you can find http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=44061

(the version 1.1, with all the parameters into one file)

Wasn't there 1.2 posted here?

Anyways, I've just used it for inspiration and reference. Might set it up for the few piston props I have one day.
