PSK FD1 & FD2 Floating Docks?

I have searched for these online and in our SOH library and cannot locate them.
My MB keeps moving my player aircraft away from its carrier base to Guam and I get the error that the above floating docks are missing.

Anyone know where PSK's floating docks can be found?
