PTO installation , some problems

Hello,
I try to reinstall PTO.
Receive an error popup when running the installation .exe .

I decided to copy my old Backup files to the folder.
PTO starts but I receive a "Mission file failed to load"... popup and PTO is not playable.
Some ideas how to solve?

run multicfs3.exe and create a folder named like "CFS3PT" or something like that, then try to run PTO again....
 
...just try a different mission -or in Quick Combat be sure and select aircraft that are included in your PTO install...
 
Hello,
I have reinstalled PTO without problems.

I found that the problem is appearing when I relaod all the aircrafts from my Backup Files (old XP) and when I start the game .

Now I will install (copy) a small volume of aircrafts from my backup and try to find what aircraft generates the problem.

...hi Emile. I fear this type of problem ('mission failed to load' blink blink flash flash) is usually due to an incompatibility in a particular mission asking for a facility you don't have.
When its an aircraft CFS3 will tell you which one is missing and then either move on or crash to desktop. Hope this helps -cheers
