PTO new Rhumba beach and coastlines help

highpockets

SOH-CM-2025
I cannot get in my head what goes into the scenery modification to get coastlines with beach and wave, etc. I just have water butting up to jungle. Eye candy I know but I like it! :untroubled:

Highpockets,

Confirm you have Rhumba's watermasks dated 2009 installed. If so, you will have an accurate depiction of the coastline but will lose the beaches, rivers and roads, as well as having a number of aerodromes inundated.

If you want to keep these items, revert to a stock install. You can add Rhumba's 2007 coast flattens and water files which will improve the appearance of the coastlines and keep the beaches.

UnclTgt, Maskrider, Jean Bomber, Otis and Stuart have made some fantastic scenery covering New Britain, the Marianas, the Carolines, the Aleutians, the Andamans and Midway. These are definitely worth installing if you want eye candy. If you install these along with the Rhumba's 2007 files, some of his coastal flattens need to be deleted, viz:

Thanks for the note. I had seen your post before on this and had copied it down.--Just forgot about it. I will go to work. :applause:

By the way, I guess I can use stock airbases or with the new mesh use Gavinc's new revised stock airfields for the 2009 mesh.
