PV-2 Harpoon not showing in MS2024

I installed this formally FSX plane that was ported to MS2020 and it will show in the configuration area but not in the ready for flight only the engine sounds work.
This port-over was developed by albie and permission has been granted for listing on Fly Away Simulation
and is a FSX Native Lockheed PV-2 Harpoon by Milton Shupe.

Can this somehow be made compatable with FS24?
