And that's exactly what I expected. Gossip and infighting is not the ONLY thing that drives people away.

It's just this kind of insinuations that drives people away. The deliberate looking for an argument when there is really nothing there. I've read through this thread and I think there's a very good lesson for you to be learned here Toastmaker! Mind you, if I were you, I'd dig a very deep hole and hide for cover, being really ashamed.

Seriously, I think you can address just about any topic you want to, but there should be some measure of decorum involved....and it's abundantly clear that on an impersonal, sometimes anonymous media format that is pretty difficult to do.

Therefore I don't question the moderators when they swoop in. Also, not being a moderator I don't feel I have a right to do so. And frankly, my agreement with the site says that I will (some of us do read these things you know).

I like this site because it's better than most in terms of tolerance, even when we got off topic. Therefore I'll gladly send my check off to Ickie when he asks (hang in there Ickie, it's in the mail!)

I really wasn't looking to engage in arguement, but I'm not inclined to roll over for BS, either. I certainly know that the job of admin/moderator can be a difficult balancing act and I've agreed with you on most things but at least you owe it to membership to not be rude. A competant manager doesn't just resort to "if you don't like it, get out". Unless, of course, that's all you have in your management skills bag. . .

You are the one that started the idea of a conspiracy in the leadership here to make QMS difficult to get to. I've seen you do it time after time. I guess it is your way of making yourself look smarter. Well buddy I'm not very impressed if that is all you bring to the table. Oh, by the way, read what Henry and Cees said and maybe you will understand what I am talking about.
