Question about making repaints.

Well, for actually doing the repainting I use gimp; its a pretty good freeware painting program and for converting the texture files I use DXTbmp, which is another freeware program. Hope to see some good repaints soon!
 
Thanks stormstooper, i had gimp installed for a project that i had to do in one IT course last fall, but i decide to delete it because i thought i would never use it again. I guess i was wrong. hopefully i will be able to download and start some repaints.
