• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

question about win 7...

Hi,

back after a year away from cfs3, due lot of things..., and now with a new pc ... and of course win7 64bits... I have made the change to all of my install. Some are looking to work, some are crashing after few minutes (MAW), some like Korean Sky or OFF... are not starting at all.

anybody know if an heroe at microsoft create a patch or if something available anywhere...

For problems with OFF, the OFF forum at CombatACE has all you could possibly need to know. Follow the link above.

For the others, perhaps you need to check if they're installed correctly. 64-bit Win7 (and 64-bit Vista) installs CFS3 by default to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games.

If your install muddles this with C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games then you're going to have some grief.

thanks, I will check at OFF...
for Korea, I just replaced the non working CFS3.exe with a working one... and problem was solved... also no ticked the 'administrator' button... because on my own PC ... I'm the administrator ! :jump:
