Seriously, though, I would love to wake up with perfect vision. It would be great to be able to toss the contacts, reading glasses, bifocals, etc... Just one of those little things that creeps up on you over the years until you wake up one morning and can't read #$%^&. :icon_lol:

I would like to have a better understanding of how to help those that are suffering .....
 
Like harleyman, to be able to stop just one kind of suffering would be really awsome. Where the heck would ya start?

I'd go with Toastmaker. If I had one ability I would have loved to have had all my life, it would be the ability to play music, on any instrument. That is a talent that totally skirted me.
 
Some console cheat codes for real life, like for godmode or unlimited ammo.
Or being (a) god altogether, with all his powers, together with the ability to take human form.
