This is contained in the ETO aircraft folder, yet - for me at least - it is unavailable in the game. Is this an ai only? It doesn't look like one, yet I can't find it to fly it. Anyone know?
 
Yes, it is an AI.

You can change that by using AirEd to modify line 105 of the .air file from =2 (AI) to =0 (player flyable. The cockpit isn't up to much, though.
