Question; Slanted names?

I just noticed a lot of members names are slanted. I was upright a couple days ago?
...what does it mean?

I might be wrong, but I think the five posts thingie is only for those who had trouble posting after Ickie changed your status. Those who worked ok don't need to make the 5 posts, if I read it right.
