Hi guys
Its any possibility to make skins as pic #2 (fs9) and can see them at the game instead of pic #1 ?

Yes, you need to delete the Alpha Channels in all the Bitmaps, and re-save as 565 - FS9 uses Alpha Channels for specular purposes, CFS2 does not recognise this as it uses a different mechanism for specularity
 
Saving the textures in 565 or DXT1-no alpha with DXTbmp will delete the offending alphas automatically. It's kind of like the reverse of fixing the frosty windows ;) .

In taking a closer look at the first pic. It appears that the aircraft may be done in that dark gray color & uses the underlaying alpha to lighten the color to silver. The reason for thinking this is that the color on the first aircraft appears to be opaque rather than transparent.

@ ow Yes you're wright. the bmp's are dark gray with alpha as you mentioned. Attached its one of the bmp's. Its something that can be done about it?

The grey color base is a technique used by many to enhance the reflective alpha in FS9-FSX. In the cases of polished metal finishes, it makes models shine brighter and gives a more mirror-like appearance. The only thing you can do about this base color in CFS2, which can't use reflective alpha, is lighten the grey to a more realistic metallic color in your favorite paint program. It takes some work to get it right.
 
Because FS9 uses the Alpha for specular shine, the bitmap is darker than would be the case for CFS2 - it depends what graphics editor you have access to, as to what you can do :

Depending on what options are available you can :

* Reduce Saturation, then,

* Increase Brightness, then

* Change RGB values

by trial & error until you achieve a result that pleases you, and then resave in 565
