Questions re Spanish Civil War missions

Two questions re the two recent SCW missions:

1. Are the mission files placed in the stardard missions folder (under historcal I presume)?

2. How do you set the ETO Spawn Selector?

I've installed the missions in the standard folder and run them. They are well made.

Funny thing is, since doing so, after starting ETO and selecting the era (I've chosen era 1), after getting the "hit any key" message and hitting a key, sometimes nothing happens. I've needed to hit ETO start several times, select the era, then hit a key before it starts up again. Although it has always worked. I'm wondering if the spawn selector has some impact on this.

You can load the missions in either Historical or whatif it makes no difference. Always set spawn selector to disable random spawns when flying missions.
