Raggity looking fonts in FSX

MY FSX runs pretty well. I get FPS locked at 40 all the time. Generally happy with it.

However, I have this issue which bugs me. Any ideas what causes this? I have used NV inspector and a bunch of fsx.cfg tweaks etc like a lot of people. But I dont know what controls this particular issue. If not possible to fix, I can live with it, but its irritating.
