Rainy

It has been raining a lot here in VA. I really enjoy flying with real world weather in FSX; especially when there is some wind or rain. I think the rain on the windscreen is a great feature. I understand that it is hard on frame rates, but I enjoy it a lot.

I only know of 3 planes with rain effect; the Lotus - L-39, Ants - sierra (and eaglet I guess), and the realair - duke (and probably turbine duke).

are there others that I have missed?

Maybe carenado's Malibu will have it too.

FSND's newer creations have an implemented rain effect (737-800 VC, 747-400VC, MD-83).

There's also rumours of a Convair and 737-200 with cusztom windscreen rain, but I haven't verified that one.

Thx. So far I have not tried airliner type add-ons. I will have to check these out. Thanks.

The freeware Super Puma made by Dirk Fassbender also has rain effect (and functional wipers).
