Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

*Citroen Junior team driver Kimi Raikkonen will not restart Rally Mexico on Saturday after an inspection revealed his car was too badly damaged in a multiple roll on SS7.
After losing more than half an hour with an electrical problem on today's second stage, Raikkonen went on to set an eighth, a seventh, and a fifth fastest time: his highest-ever overall stage result in his short World Championship career.
But it all went wrong on the final proper stage of the day, SS7, when the Finn rolled into retirement virtually within sight of the finish line. With his Citroen C4 too badly damaged to continue, Kimi’s Rally Mexico is over.

The second time in a row that Kimi crashed out of a rally, something I would have expected from Ken Block to be honest.. At least he seems to understand that to finish first, first you have to finish!

BTW Not much of a constructors' championship anymore, with four Citroens leading six Fords..

Kimi lost 35 minutes with no fuel pressure Ferry.
He was the first one to say he overcooked it.
You're so right about the lack of top entries, only six of the level 2 cars if I remember correctly from the brief coverage we get here.
Bring back Gr.N and the privateers.

Day 2, Loeb in the lead with a 55 second margin, Block crashed out on stage ten, video here:
