I just have to say that it's a helluva job your doing here Rami!
Getting all of those files back in the Library....Jeeez. I don't know many people who would have the dedication and tenacity to do what you are accomplishing bud. My hats off to you. :applause:

We're also very fortunate to have the members with such an exstensive collection putting in the time to make them available to us be uploading their files.

After loosing my HDD where my library was, this is a God send!

So far I have re collected 1.3 gigs of files. Thanks

Well, gosh. I dunno about sainthood. Yes, I did advocate for some time to get these files uploaded, so I will accept credit for that.

You're 100% right about the users uploading their files. Take a look at that big thread. Members like Captain Kurt, Fibber, rohan, and especially Boatz have taken many hours to upload a lot of these files.

My main responsibility has been to catalog and organize the uploads into categories and try to place them in the user names of the original uploader.

Yes, the work can get tedious at times, but I need these files just as much as you guys do. This has been a long time coming, and I am more than happy to help.
 
I'll second that. Superb job, Rami. Thank God that you're willing and able to spend the time to sort all of this out.

As I, too, had a major malfunction of my external HDD and lost everything, I'm chuffed to bits to be able to download all of the missing stuff.

I think when we first started making the list of broken links, we had the idea that Rami would pass the list on and all would be finished. Well it didn't work out that way. We are really very lucky that some fellas had so much of the missing and broken items. Thanks, Rami, I think if you make it up north this year, you might get a reward. However, it won't get you any closer to sainthood.:salute:
