[h=1]What’s a Raspberry Pi?[/h]The Raspberry Pi is a credit-card sized computer that plugs into your TV and a keyboard. It’s a capable little PC which can be used for many of the things that your desktop PC does, like spreadsheets, word-processing and games. It also plays high-definition video. We want to see it being used by kids all over the world to learn programming.

Techies worldwide are scrambling to get one (or more!:icon_lol:) of these revolutionary new computers...and I'm one of them. :jump:


Only problem is the initial batch of A models were sold out instantly...and the improved B model is not expected to be shipping until July 2012.

Definitely one to keep an eye on!
 
Slick...now kids will have their own version of the computers us old-timers started out with (like the Sinclair zx80).

Except 'theirs' won't be taking up the entire top of a desk like 'ours' did. LOL. :icon_lol:
(and Yes we DID walk uphill through deep snow both to and from school, hehe)
