I've been trying to make contact with support personnel for a couple days. No response as of yet. I realize it is the holidays, although the forums over there seem like everyone left months ago and left the lights on for passer by types.

Seems I made a purchase of an FSX aircraft back in 2009 from what my Paypal records state. I don't have a clue what it was, but would like to re-download it. The email used on my account/purchase back when I made the purchase has been defunkt for over a year due to ISP changes and/or spam attacks. All pertinent info has been forwarded to them.

Well... I have the same problem, lost my A-7 orders due to them changing/updating their store. I contacted them in August, first no reply through their store. Sent a pm to Ron via their support forum, got an answer that they were busy finishing their AV-8B for release and told me to wait a week. Understandably I waited a week for them to reply back - nothing. Tried the support through the store again, a week later Larry replied and asked if my problem was solved - I replied no. Larry wrote back asking for numbers and dates, which I sent to him. Ten days later I still had the problem, wrote to Larry asking for an update, I have not heard from him again since October 9th when he asked for the order numbers. Because of that I sent Ron an email October 24th and I have never received an answer or a solution to my problem. Till this day I still can not see my A-7 orders on my account. The A-7's went on sale at fspilotshop in November to 5 USD each so I bought them again... I hope you are able to get support, but me, I am not buying through their store again. Maybe Facebook has become their support channel and that is why, but I do not use Facebook anymore...or its the whole DCS thing, I don't know, sorry for this negative post, but it really annoys me.

Concerning Facebook, I avoid social networks of all kind. Hopefully someone who is the in the Razbam upper echelon/forum is also a member here and can fill me in on a solution.

I've received your e-mail. I must check the store backups to look for your order and as you said, these are the holidays and I am not at my office at this time. Your problem will be solved ASAP.

If you really need to contact them you can always try their Face Book page, I know most don't like it but FB does have it's uses. It's a great real time trouble shooting tool and most company's have a Face Book page as this seem to be the trend. Hope everything gets fixed up for you both.
 
There are more similar cases. My F-102 backup was lost also. Tried maybe once to contact but no answer. Any general instructions how to get it? No hurry though, its installed and my rig has run steadily for three years now.
