While zipping up the textures I found one file had grown to over 21Meg when I had converted it to .dds ! Not good.
Am now attempting to redo that file so it's down to the proper size.

*And for what it's worth the Metro is a real bear to paint, especially liveries having stripes that curve up the fuselage to the tail. Engine nacelles also are fun.
