RCBCO Catapult issue

I've got the RCBCO20 add-on installed properly and until a short time ago it worked. It still works at 50% efficiency in that the arrestor zones for the carriers display and I can make a trap OK. What's missing is the catapult end of things. All zones are installed properly in "Gauges," I can taxi to the cat, set the parking brake, set 3/4-full flaps, go to max throttle and get green lights in the box, can even set the catapult end speed - only problem is I don't get the "ready" tone (little stacatto beeps), and the cat itself doesn't function, so I just dribble off the bow. Installed "SweetFX" a short time ago and wondering if that has something to do with it.

Check to make sure you still have the RCBCO gauge entries in the VC section of the panel.cfg. Think I saw that behaviour before and that fixed it.

I went to my FS9 sim and tried a shot there with the S2F-3 and it worked. The cables work too. I had ArrCab in the AddOn Scenery folder in FS9, however, I didn't activate it in the scenery directory. I suspect a conflict between the two. Therefore, I went to FSSW60 and deactivated ArrCab (it was activated in the scenery directory), and removed it from the scenery directory. I tried the identical aircraft in both FS9 and FSSW60, should have worked in both as the panel cfg's are also identical. Per the installation instructions of RCBCO20 I installed the gauges only into the main panel window.
