Not bad for a guy who is in the middle....too old to be young, too young to be old.

Same here OBIO. 42 right out of 48. Always had a problem differentiating between the Chrysler/Dodge models and cars.

Me too! The one that really threw me was the one with the red ('56?) Chevy and Pontiac wagons. Not bad for a relatively old fart, eh?

Watch out for the whippersnappers! I am 74 and got a lesser score than the youngun below here!
77 puts me above average... but Obio here (42) got me beat alright

If they had a test to see how many new cars I could correctly identify, I would flunk that test BIG TIME! New cars all look alike to me. I like old cars, old planes, old tractors, old trains, old underwear and old women (oh wait, better not let my wife see that last bit LOL!)

92% I got tangled up on the 52 & 54 Mercury year models and the Henry J and Willys

77The Buick lives in Sweden. The Chevy is raced by my Dad, running low 12s in the 1/4. First generation Hudson Hornets are legendary for their NASCAR racing history. The Studebaker has been raced since 1962 by NHRA Hall of Fame inductee Ted Harbit until its unfortunate crash in 2009. Thanks to Ted for the photo.
You got 4 out of 4. Average is 3.6 out of 4 (1469326 players).
You got 77% (37 right out of 48). The average score is 73%

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm don't why that post above didn't register but anyway I got 77% thanks for the quiz-awesome trip back in time!
Ted

I know squat about cars of this era and scored 71%.

Hmm, don't know squat about cars, Period, end of story. Gave up my license in '73 and haven't missed it. All the more money for junque food, computers and basketball, plus a few other pastimes which shall not be enumerated herebouts.

Actually Ted, if you highlight the box above your post (your first one) the text is there but seems to be using the same colour for the text as the background.

Got 83%.... Like Willy, I got the Mercs mixed, and had trouble with the Henry J and Willys cars, as I don't ever remember seeing any of them when I was a kid...

Dang Willy, you rocked it.

Not so good with the 50's stuff. I'm better after 1960. :mixedsmi:

You got 83% (40 right out of 48). The average score is 73%.

And I don't even like this era of American cars very much.
