RE: B-2 bomber refueling from KC-35

When the 135 fuels a C-5 Galaxy, receiver's sheer size makes for a massive wake around the nose. In order to get close enough to pass gas, the tanker's tail has to get into that air and it causes the tanker to literally fly a few degrees nose-down in order to maintain level flight. It's enough of a lift that you can feel the incline when waling from nose to tail!
