• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Milton,

Just to say that I copied the information and gave it to General JJ Womack Ret. He is a person I know who runs a printing shop, local
newspaper and the free Dillonite Daily(5 Times a week). Today it was
published complete in the Dillonite, Gen Woman is about 80 years old
and sharp as a tack. I hope others will copy this and try to get it
published in other parts of the country. Your name nor mine were
not used. ckissling

SB 2099 a hoax, for the Senate the nomenclature is S. 2099 -- was a real bill back in 2000 but died.

H.R. 45 is a real House bill with intentions as stated, introduced Jan/Feb 2009 but with no co-sponsors, so no legislative action taken since. Second Amendment orgs do not believe it has much chance of passing.

java2srv,

Nothing is ever off the table to the left-wing anti-gunners, at least for long. They will be back, probably with something even worse.

Yup, Oso's would be the place for a good political discussion.

I'll close this now before it goes south, but feel free to continue over at the Quarter Moon Saloon. :ernae:
The first round is on me, just pay no attention to the 1911 on my hip. :d
