One can say Canada and the US are like twins. Both have the same issues, just in different forms. 22 score isnt bad for a Canadian, when you think if we throw a Canadian Civics test the US way the avg is 22. that's why Canada and the US are unique and share the longest open boarder friendship/peace in the world. Now that is spirit and leadership both nations citizens can be proud of.
