Real or Memorex?

Every image is stunning.

I can't believe what I am seeing.

It certainly will be added to my FSX HD.

Water towers....3.5 hours. Quarterdeck Building...probably 16 or so hours including the textures. Photoreal Ground...3-4 hours (one season only). I'm finishing the rest slowly but surely.

Thanks for the kind words.

Jim

Oh, Oh, Oh, or is it Ho, Ho, Ho....Looks like Santas coming late this year!

Great Scenery

Awesome work Jim!!
Thanks for posting the time it took. I get frustrated at times working on objects when I realize how much time I put into a complex object, nice to know it ain't just me, LOL

Nope, it ain't just you Michael. When you're doing freeware, you can afford to take as much time as you want...that is until you start disliking the project yourself...:costumes:

More......real first, then memorex.

Just a point of interest.

The towers are all different. There is a Fly Navy, Fly Air Force, Fly Coast Guard, Fly Marines one.

Thanks for the info! All the pics I have, except the one above, seem to show the towers as Light Blue (Carolina (tarheel) blue) and white instead of the traditional red and white check. Is that also the case?

I've done this whole thing with 6 decent pictures and Virtual Earth...you just can't see much detail....

Jim

I will have some additional info tomorrow. Such as the current color and location sequence of the towers for each service branch.
