Reflective lighting from the moon

Dear MajorMagee, I think i understand you now. Reshade doesn't turn off Ankor's shaders and you still get reasonable vision. Something i have is not calibrated right it seems.Strange ,it is only this sim i have a problem with night operations. Do you have your shader ini settings? Do i need custom Nvidia settings ? Used to be able to see at night and now i can't. Could be i'm getting older:dizzy:and the ol eyes aren't what they were. Regards,Scott

Thanks MajorMagee ! My monitor was not calibrated correctly. Now i can see at night. Very dark ,but it is supposed to be. Still can see good enough to see the other aircraft .My fault the whole time.:banghead: Sorry for any confusion this may have caused for someone. Regards,Scott

Ankor's shaders do a great job of getting the nighttime nice and dark. Unfortunately, since I am using a laptop I find it hard to see the subtle variations in shades of black unless the room is completely dark. That's not usually practical in my household. It definitely helps when I use Reshade , though the tradeoff is that the ground is a bit lighter than I would like.
