So... basically the NTSB is calling for improved pilot training, pilots should make practice runs, aircraft need improved inspections before racing, modifications to the aircraft need better documentation, and the race course needs to be designed to keep the spectators out of harm's way. To me, that sounds logical, something that government is not known to follow. I'm glad this tragedy did not result in the elimination of air racing.
