Hmmmmmm.......OK..........

Those are pretty plain jane paint schemes; overall grey with just some a few unit flashes / decals here and there. Is that what you are looking for on the A-12A too?

OK, just a quick and dirty texture mod as a start; not sure about the overall grey color......

I use AICarriers 2 program which is freeware over at Avsim. It allows me to set the carrier position and direction in FSX Acc. Most of the FSX Carrier models can be set up in AICarriers and of course they are now moving and not static. Setting up an aircraft model's contact points for carrier ops for the moving AI Carriers takes a bit more tweaking than standard non-moving decks and runways. The biggest problem I encountered with the A-12 was the gear compression/rate which would tip steeply forward during traps and cat launches sometimes causing a crash detection. I got it sorted out but it isn't perfect. I need to work on the airfile to get a slower approach speed to the deck.

This is a far as I feel that I can take this one.....

Do you want me to upload it as shown, or do you want me to delete the large "ghost" cross on the top, or add some specific markings?

I'll look into the RAF repaint after this one, but I may need more specifics on unit makings, serial numbers, etc. as I don't know jack about the RAF.

Thats the beauty of it Tommy, is that it's up to you my friend!! It's your paint brush you choose, I look forward to it, 41sqn is the weapons test sqn they tought the Royal family to fly jets, how would you like it to look, I want to see what you think the A-12 should look like! Its all for Sh*ts and giggles mate!:wavey:
