Repaint problem

I am trying to repaint Thicko's Nakajima type 91 into a Morane-Saulnier 225 and when I repaint the rudder to the French tricolor the bottom of the rudder blurs out. I tried to contact Thicko but got a perminate error. if anyone know a better way to do it, please let me know. :encouragement::encouragement::encouragement::encouragement:

Sounds like a model texture mapping limitation. Not easy to fix without redoing the whole model again. Couldn't you just repaint the upper part of the rudder as a tricolour flash instead?
