Hey, some of you may know that back in the ancient times (20th century!) I wrote about flight sims for Computer Gaming World, Computer Games/Strategy Plus, and Compute, plus also had some articles about sims in OMNI, Computer Life, etc.
A couple other old-timer friends and I started a podcast where we look back at the sims we started on -- and even the sims that came before we started playing! We're replaying them, and both sharing memories of their original releases and our experiences of trying some of the titles for the first time. "Retro Dogfight: 3 Old Guys Talk About Flight Sims."
It's been super-fun to do so far, and I just want to take everyone who gripes about a texture over on the official MSFS forum and strap them to a chair and make them play these sims.
But our focus is on the fun of "then," not the griping of "now."

We just recorded an episode on F-19 Stealth Fighter/F-117 Nighthawk Stealth Fighter 2.0. I'm super excited for next month's recording: F/A-18 Interceptor on the Amiga!
