Dave, if there's a setup/exe file there (I can't tell, the text is too small) run it. That will open the cab files, distribute them to the correct directories and get everything up and running. In the old days, think of those cab files as individual disks. When it would ask for disk one you loaded it and so on. The cab files work the same, it's just that the exe file "virtually loads" those disks via the cab files.

well the .exe for REX is in the second row,far right...number 3..i did run the .exe (setup) took awhile but you think the installer "saw" those cabs and got what it needed from them?...
ive named that folder as "aunzipped",just to have a place to unzip my files to so i can work with them before adding them to FSX.....or which ever im working on.would it be ok to rename this folder something like REPO...for rex essential plus with overdrive ...and then put it into my C:rex essenrial plus with overdrive folder?

Yep, the installer (since it was in the same folder) saw the cabs and got everything placed where it was supposed to and yes. . .to save those cabs (I didn't, but that's just me) you can rename the folder and place it anywhere you wish.
