Due to some sort of catastrophic failed post by me, the original version of this thread topic seems to have been lost. But I think it is sufficiently worthy of attention to bring it back.

It so happens that I had printed a PDF version of the thread for myself just before it went nighty-night so I will post that here as a starting point for the the revisited version of the thread.
 
I have the original thread saved as an .MHT file. If the admins can reconstitute that into a copy of the thread, I'd be happy to upload or send it - just tell me when and where,

Nope, not that one.

I assumed, since nobody bothered to ask me to send / upload my copy and MR's .pdf file has disappeared from his post above, that there was no interest in restoring the original thread, even for posterity,

Sorry rohan, I've been meaning to respond but I've been beating myself up finding a new avatar (not that this new one is that good). And yes you can call me silly.
I am definitely interested. I've got a couple of questions but will wait for the "re-threading".
