Rob's Latest for 4.5

A Sportcruiser! Yay! I logged about 20 hours in a 2010 PiperSport a few years back (the child of a short-lived marriage between Piper & CSA)...the same basic plane as a CSA Sportcruiser. They’re gorgeous planes and a lot of fun to fly. Really looking forward to Rob’s iteration! Thanks for the HU, Ed.

I saw Rob's Shark and was intrigued and downloaded it into P3D 4.5. When I opened it and hit control E to start it the aircraft spun around its axis and crashed. Anybody know what it would take to adapt it for P3D?

edit aircraft.cfg

Reduce gradually -->normalized_starter_torque=0.30415 ( i.e 0.25 ) till it stops that and still does start the engine
an old FSX oddness

[piston_engine]
power_scalar =1.00000 //Piston power scalar
cylinder_displacement=91.70000 //Cubic inches per cylinder
compression_ratio=8.00000 //Compression ratio
number_of_cylinders=6 //Number of cylinders
max_rated_rpm=2700.00000 //Max rated RPM
max_rated_hp=300.00000 //Max rated HP
fuel_metering_type=0 //0=Fuel Injected, 1=Gravity Carburetor, 2=Aerobatic Carburetor
cooling_type=0 //0=Cooling type Air, 1=Cooling type Liquid
normalized_starter_torque=0.30415 //Starter torque factor

Thanks Thunder. That indeed was the problem. I tried .25 and it was still too much torque. I found another aircraft.cfg with a Rotax engine and the starter torque value was .07. I plugged that in and it worked a treat.
