Open the aircraft config file (inside of the aircraft folder) and go to the flight tuning section:



[flight_tuning]


aileron_effectiveness = 1.0 //<----- Change this number upward in increments: 1.2, 1.5 , etc to get the desired results
 
Is it as easy to make the aircraft more "knive edge flying" capable ?

Probably not. You can increase the rudder effectiveness, but you'll also need more power, which is not easy to implement. The best aerobatic plane I've found for knife-edge flying is Tim Conrad's Zlin Z-50.
 
Yes, that is what i have experienced. The Zlin and the Iris PC9A. However the Zlin is not that powerful. I have suspected it is someshere in the fuselage parameters. best regards, thomas
