Thanks, i've always throught russian aircraft were really Cool looking.
Granted some are direct copies of american birds..
But some are truly Russian, love the old bears, they are just too mean looking..LOL..

Too bad more of those planes can't be housed indoors. Some of them are looking pretty rough from the extremes of Russian weather.

There are a few russian "museums" like this one. Is definately a shame to see a lot of their best aircraft sitting out in the open like this. Unfortunately they do not have many places to house them. There was a Tupolev Tu-114 (passenger version of the Tu-95 Bear) that was a pig on a stick outside of one of their airports that got chopped up awhile back. At least a lot of these are sparred the same fate. Hopefully the An-225 will get a better home when it finally comes time for its final journey to the skies.

I've checked out this site on a daily basis for two years now, and have never gotten an alert or warning........or had any problems.
