Russian Voices

Hallo Is there a way to put a Russian voice pack in MAW / ETO & is it possible to put Japanese in to PTO. Thank's
 
it is possible to add new voices, in MAW they added greek a voice pack, so it can definately be done, I personally have no idea now to do it, but i guess you would have to edit the sounds.XML document, and obviously make recordings.
