Sad to report yet another "old friend" has past into history.
Not one of blood & bone; but one made of steel & powered by uranium.

USS Enterprise (CVN-65) was decommissioned yesterday (Fri. Feb 3 2017)

A fine ship & crews that proudly & honourably continued the tradition of ships named ENTERPRISE for the past 56 years.
